What are the costs?

I charge £220:00. This includes up to two home visits, phone calls and emails,

all the work involved in writing the funeral, contact with the Funeral Directors and family and all travel expenses within a 40 mile radius. If necessary I download the music and provide candles for the service.
The fee is placed on the funeral account by the Funeral Director and paid by them as a disbursement.

They are people-centred. about those who have died and those who have loved them and walked by their side. I use music and personal belongings to bring memories to the fore. Where possible, I use the families own words when talking about the person who has died. The length of service is determined by the venue but I hope that whatever time we have, the funerals created never feel rushed. The time usually includes words from me, music, readings, silence, tributes and whatever the family request even once, a game of bingo!
But I think that was a one off!

Where do I conduct the funeral?

I have used Churches,Crematoriums, a field, private homes, gardens, villagehalls, a hotel conference room and a tithe barn.

How many folk are at the funeral does not affect the dignity with which it is conducted. I create funerals where very few are present to events that have hundreds of people attending.
